How does this work?

The Littlest You Box is a monthly subscription box where you can choose either a 3-month committment or a 6-month committment. 

 

The cost you pay at checkout, is the initial cost for your first box and is also committing you to whichever duration you chose. 

 

After that, there is nothing else you need to do! You will be billed on the 1st of each month for the remainder of months in your subscription. 

 

Ex. For the 3-month subscription you will be billed on the 1st for the next two months; For the 6-month subscription you will be billed on the 1st for the next five months. 

When will my subscription box ship?

Subscription boxes ship between the 1st and 9th of each month. You will receive an email as soon as your box ships with a tracking number.

 

Ex. If you subscribed on May 15th, then your box would ship between the 1st and 9th of June. 

Is shipping included in the subscription cost?

As of right now, shipping is not included in the subscription box and is shown at checkout. The shipping costs you see are for UPS Ground. Boxes are shipped from Spokane, WA.

Do you offer discreet shipping?

Yes, I do!

 

In the checkout process, you will have an option to say yes or no to discreet shipping.

 

Your box will arrive as a plain black box - sealed with clear tape or a basic non-branded sticker, and of course the shipping label, which "Littlest You" will be replaced with a non-descript name.

Can I customize my subscription?

Yes! At checkout, you will have inexpensive add-on products that can be included in your box. As of right now, this includes adult pacifiers in a variety of colors. 

 

Add-ons can be adjusted by:

  1. Logging into your customer portal
  2. See “My Subscriptions”
  3. Select “Manage” on subscription that needs the change
  4. Here you can see current add-ons and remove if necessary
  5. To add, select “Add addon”
  6. Choose your desired add-on using the drop down options
Do you ship internationally?

As of right now, Littlest You is only shipping to US based customers. This is to be expanded in the future!

 

Email: contact@littlestyou.com on suggestions to where I should expand to first and I will work to make that happen for you.

Can I return or modify my box?

Subscription and/or add ons included in your monthly box are not returnable. All sales are final. Box contents cannot be modified for the month. The only exception to this being the add-on products. In the situation that you need to add or remove an add-on product, you can do this in your customer portal or by emailing: contact@littlestyou.com 

How do I change my shipping address?
  1. Login to customer portal
  2. See “My Subscriptions”
  3. Select “Manage” on subscription that needs the change
  4. See “Shipping Address”
  5. Select “Edit”
  6. Change to new desired address

 

Note: If you already have a pending shipment, this will not change the shipping address. It will only change the address for the next subscription renewal. If you need to change the shipping address last minute, you will have 48 hours after payment to please email: contact@littlestyou.com 

How do I add or remove my credit card?
  1. Login to customer portal
  2. Select “Account”
  3. There is a section called “Wallet”
  4. Select “View”
  5. Now you can see your payment options and create a new payment method

 

Note: If you are trying to delete a card and you only have one card on file, it will not let you delete it first. You will have to add a new payment method and after that you can delete the previous card.

Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?

I hate to see you go, but if you must, you definitely can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. 

 

To pause your subscription:

  1. Login to customer portal
  2. See “My Subscriptions”
  3. Select “Manage” on subscription that needs the change
  4. See “Need a break?”
  5. Select “Pause”
  6. Select on the calendar the 1st of whichever month you would like to resume on

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Login to customer portal
  2. See “My Subscriptions”
  3. Select “Manage” on subscription that needs the change
  4. At bottom half of page see “Subscription Settings”
  5. Select either “Pause my subscription” or “Cancel my subscription”
